Access Runtime Issues

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

If certain text and warning messages appear in German language despite the fact that you have set Datagraph-med to English (or any other of the available languages) it may be due to a German version of the Access Runtime. In that case you may want to install a local language version of Access Runtime.

For Office 2013 installations local language versions of MS Access Runtime are available here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39358

Make sure you choose the 32 bit version. You will have to de-install any preexisting Access Runtime versions before installing a new one.

Our Installation media and website download includes the 32 Bit version of Access Runtime. The 64 Bit version of MS Office is not supported.

At present (Dec. 2019) there is no specific Runtime version for Office 2019. In that case, if you are using Office 2019 standard without MS Access, it is recommended to use the Office 2013 Runtime and install Datagraph for Office 2013..
